Hybrid working – you are expected to be in the office or on client site a minimum of 2 days per week, with the exact time and location varying by role or assignment, up to 5 days per week on a client site. Flexible working – you manage your time and diary to suit your work/life balance. The role requires at least 4 days a week in the office. It will be anchored by a dedicated team hub, likely based in West London, with occasional travel to other sites and potential for further national travel. It is a 40‑hour per week role, worked within 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday.
We are seeking a talented and solutions‑focused Complex Case Manager to join our Argenti care technology team supporting our partnership with Northwest London Council. This permanent, full‑time role is ideal for someone passionate about using technology to improve lives, thriving on creative problem‑solving, and excelling at working collaboratively within the Argenti Partnership and with colleagues across adult and children’s social care.
Responsibilities
- Work in partnership with social care professionals: collaborate closely with frontline colleagues, drawing out key needs and challenges, and co‑designing bespoke, person‑centred solutions for complex cases.
- Advise and support: guide social care practitioners in identifying and specifying needs for complex Care Technology referrals, ensuring each recommendation is both evidence‑based and innovative.
- Support specialist Care Technology installations: complete installations of specialist Care Technology equipment for complex cases, including in supported living schemes, for virtual support, and with children and families.
- Champion service user outcomes: ensure every solution is truly person‑centred, aspirational, and enhances independence, wellbeing, and safety.
- Document and share learnings: capture and communicate insights from complex cases, contributing to best practice across the Argenti partnership and with council partners.
- Contribute to Argenti‑wide innovation and evaluation: play an active role in the ongoing innovation and evaluation process, working with the Argenti Innovation Specialist to shape the future of care technology.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting vulnerable people within a health or social care setting.
- Experience working with care technology or related technology solutions.
- Strong motivation to improve the lives of vulnerable people through innovative approaches.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to independently engage stakeholders and produce reports or materials.
- Demonstrated technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies.
- Collaborative team player with strong partnership‑working skills.
