Hybrid working – a minimum of two days per week in the office or on client site, with up to five days per week on a client site. Flexible working to suit individual work/life balance.
The role is a mix of working from home and on‑site across Argenti sites and care technology contracts, with occasional travel to PA’s London office in Victoria.
Responsibilities- Conduct specialist care technology installations for complex cases, including supported living schemes, virtual support provision and children.
- Engage with care providers to support them in adopting and fully utilizing technology.
- Partner with health and care professionals to identify suitable solutions for complex cases.
- Train colleagues and Argenti partners to understand and install specialist care technology equipment.
- Collaborate with care technology equipment suppliers to test and evaluate new technology solutions and determine suitability for inclusion in our offer.
- Support care technology transformation by working with our Transformation and Programme Delivery function to design, deliver, and evaluate proof‑of‑concepts.
- Expertise and interest in technology and innovation, preferably in care technology.
- Passion for working in adult social care and supporting people to live better lives, particularly working‑age adults.
- Good understanding of social care users and their needs and the outcomes of care technology.
- Strong grasp of the health and care sector, including safeguarding, personalisation and working with vulnerable people.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, partners and clients to identify innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage independently with clients and produce high‑quality, well‑structured reports and documents.
- Willingness and ability to travel across Argenti sites as required for installations or training.
- Enhanced DBS check required.
- Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle, as regular travel is required.
PA Consulting roles may require UK security clearance. Applicants must meet residency requirements and be UK citizens or have at least five years of continuous residency in the UK. Applicants must undergo background checks and achieve the Baseline Personnel Security Standard; higher levels of National Security Vetting may be required depending on the role.
