The Business Change Consultant plays a key role in supporting and delivering people-centric change across workplace transformation programmes. Working closely with Experience Managers, client stakeholders, and delivery teams, this individual will lead the design and execution of change interventions that enable user adoption and ensure the successful realisation of business value. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, with strong experience in change planning, impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, and user readiness. The Associate Consultant will act as a trusted advisor to clients navigating large-scale digital change.
Key Responsibilities- Change Delivery & Advisory: Assist in preparing documentation for change strategies and impact assessments. Support data gathering for readiness activities and stakeholder mapping.
- User Adoption & Engagement: Help coordinate engagement activities and collate feedback from users. Provide administrative support for training and communications plans.
- Client Collaboration: Assist in scheduling workshops and capturing feedback. Support senior team members in stakeholder engagement activities.
- Practice & Capability Development: Contribute to team knowledge by documenting processes and lessons learned. Participate in internal meetings and training to build capability.

- Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
- Internal contribution – Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
- Learning & development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.
- Proven track record delivering business change initiatives as part of digital or workplace transformation programmes.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, change impact analysis, and adoption strategy development.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and balancing multiple priorities.
- Experience in Agile, SAFe or other iterative delivery environments.
- Experience supporting business change initiatives within transformation programmes.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with Agile or iterative delivery environments.
Degree in Business, Organisational Psychology, or a related field - optional. Previous consulting or advisory experience strongly preferred.
