This is a full-time role with hybrid working; in-office or client-site presence is expected a minimum of 2-3 days per week, with up to 5 days per week on a client site depending on role or assignment.
Responsibilities- Be part of an inspiring global team that leads in Agile consulting and is trusted to deliver impactful digital work across industries.
- Join as an Agile Business Analyst specializing in digital delivery to work within a team delivering complex technology-enabled change initiatives using Agile methodologies.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and business teams to deliver meaningful digital change for clients using Agile methods.
- Combine cross-functional skills in business analysis, digital delivery, and Agile methodology to provide tangible benefits for clients across industries.
- Work with innovative technologies and best practices to deliver high-quality consulting.
- Collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams to design and deliver solutions for complex problems.
- Develop PA’s vibrant Agile and BA community with opportunities to fail fast, innovate, and develop.
- Grow professionally through training and support networks, including certifications such as BCS BA, SAFe, and AWS.
- Support social value and inclusion and diversity initiatives with reserved time to contribute across the firm.
- Participate in opportunities across all stages of the sales lifecycle and explore expanding offerings to clients.
You must have:
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst within a digital delivery team.
- At least 2 years’ relevant consulting experience or equivalent.
- Experience eliciting, refining, and prioritising requirements for digital teams.
- Experience in Agile requirements management, including Epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience developing User Journeys, Use Cases, and Process Maps.
You will also have some of the following:
- Able to use Agile/product backlog tools such as JIRA, Azure, or similar.
- Experience operating as a Business Analyst throughout the digital delivery lifecycle (Discovery, Alpha, Beta, Live).
- Experience developing Definition of Ready (DoRs), Definition of Done (DoDs), and writing and quality assuring Acceptance Criteria.
- Ability to facilitate continuous improvement of Agile ways of working through retrospectives.
- Understanding of delivery models from waterfall to iterative to continuous delivery in high-profile deliveries.
- Understanding of Agile scaling frameworks including SAFe, LeSS.
