Join Capgemini Invent as a Managing Consultant / Senior Manager in our Energy Transition & Utilities practice. You will lead high‑impact advisory engagements across the full civil nuclear lifecycle and help drive our business growth.
Your Role
- As part of the rapid expansion of our Energy Transition & Utilities practice, you will build senior client relationships, design and deliver major transformation projects, and mentor junior team members.
- You will combine nuclear sector expertise with strong consulting and business‑development skills.
In This Role, You Will
- Serve on the leadership team and shape strategy for the sector.
- Manage the delivery of projects and programmes, define vision, scope, and strategic direction.
- Lead medium‑to‑large multidisciplinary teams, own deliverables, and align with client governance.
- Own risk management at delivery, project, and programme levels.
- Partner with client stakeholders to build asset‑management strategies and investment cases.
- Define future business and organisation models combining people, process, technology, and data.
