Responsibilities

  • Lead client engagements that quantify impact, secure executive buy‑in, and ensure tangible benefits from data and AI strategies.
  • Define Value Frameworks – develop robust value frameworks and benefit models to quantify ROI of data and AI initiatives.
  • Build Business Cases – create compelling cases that underpin transformation programmes, secure funding, and drive organisational commitment.
  • Engage Executives – partner with C‑suite stakeholders to shape vision and influence decision‑making.
  • Translate Strategy into Execution – design strategic roadmaps turning vision into clear, actionable plans.
  • Track and Measure Realised Value – implement tracking tools, define KPIs, and advise on continuous improvement.
  • Develop Talent – coach and mentor consultants to grow as subject‑matter experts in value realisation.
  • Collaborate – build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and strategic partners.
