Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements that quantify impact, secure executive buy‑in, and ensure tangible benefits from data and AI strategies.
- Define Value Frameworks – develop robust value frameworks and benefit models to quantify ROI of data and AI initiatives.
- Build Business Cases – create compelling cases that underpin transformation programmes, secure funding, and drive organisational commitment.
- Engage Executives – partner with C‑suite stakeholders to shape vision and influence decision‑making.
- Translate Strategy into Execution – design strategic roadmaps turning vision into clear, actionable plans.
