Your Role: You will design and deliver innovative solutions for leading global companies, working with Capgemini colleagues and our clients. Responsibilities include:
- Designing supply chain planning strategy and operating model (processes, organisation, capabilities, enabling technology).
- Transition & transformation support to implement the future solution and further optimise it once stabilised.
- Contributing to thought leadership around the changing product supply chain in a digitally enabled world.
- Leading major workstreams or smaller projects: defining work plans, teams, dependencies, delivering on scope, quality, and time.
- Developing and tailoring supply chain planning propositions.
Role Opportunity to contribute to business and personal growth through:
- Business Development – proposals, RFPs, bids, client pitches, events.
- Internal Contribution – campaigns, whitepapers, practice development.
- Learning & Development – training, certification.
Your Profile: Key skills & experience:
- Deep knowledge of demand forecasting & planning (sell‑in, sell‑out, sell‑through).
- Demand elements of S&OP or IBP.
- Experience in Consumer Products, Manufacturing, Retail, Automotive or similar product‑based industry in a planning role, or seasoned consultant advising on planning processes.
- Consultancy experience with major consulting firm or internal consulting experience.
- Delivery history in supply‑chain improvement & projects.
- Active, well‑informed knowledge of Consumer Product, Retail, Manufacturing or Automotive sectors and trends.
- Knowledge of technology applied to deliver business value in supply chain, and technology lifecycle from design to implementation with supporting change management.
- Advantage: Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, SAP IBP, o9 etc.
- Consultancy methods & approaches experience.
- Proven ability to succeed in a matrixed organisation.
- Experience in proposition building & delivery.
