Change Consultant – Consumer Products & Retail

Join Capgemini Invent as a Change Consultant in Programme and Change Acceleration, delivering complex client business transformation and change management initiatives across Consumer Products and Retail.

Role Overview

As a consultant you will support the delivery of complex client business transformation and change management initiatives, support execution of work streams, implement change management methodologies, deliver business change assets and shape and solve problems using a fact‑based approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution of overall work stream(s) necessary to delivery of projects and help redesign services by embracing digital capabilities.
• Implement change management methodologies, tools, and processes on client engagements to drive forward P&CA thought leadership.
• Deliver business change assets (impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, process mapping, hyper‑care governance, communication & training plans, pain point analysis, BAU transition) with minimum guidance.
• Shape and solve problems using a fact‑based approach to drive insight to clients.
• Contribute to business development (proposals, RFPs, bids), internal contribution (campaigns, whitepapers, practice development), learning & development (training, certifications).

Qualifications

• Experience in business change and understanding of change methodologies.
• Operating within a workstream to deliver discrete deliverables, working as part of a team with proven ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to upskill, educate or coach employees at all levels enabling knowledge transfer to an organisation undergoing change.
• Ability to engage effectively with C‑level / CXOs on a peer‑to‑peer basis with credibility and gravitas.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Currently working in a major consulting firm, industry, with consulting background.
• Relevant qualifications (PROSCI Change Practitioner, APMG Change, etc.).
• Experience delivering outsourcing programmes and employee transition strategies.
• Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, enlisting support and commitment from peers.
• Experience of proposition building and delivery.
