As part of Capgemini’s Integrated Operations practice, you will play a pivotal role in shaping client technology roadmaps for large-scale transformations. By applying an integrated vision of automation and advanced technology solutions, you will help leading organizations achieve their frictionless enterprise ambitions. You will orchestrate technology-enabled transformation projects, fine-tuning and aligning operations to deliver measurable impact. Success in this role requires strategic insight, strong leadership, and the ability to build trusted client relationships that ensure seamless and efficient transitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan Pillar Leadership: Lead consulting, solution design, and operations design activities across Supply Chain and Planning. Apply leadership and strategic consulting skills to deliver end-to-end transformation from Supply Chain to Cash, with a focus on Plan activities. Oversee key processes including forecasting, demand planning, logistics, supply chain planning, S&OP, 3PM planning, and innovation planning for global organisations. Guide transformation and integration across diverse routes to market (modern trade, traditional trade, e-commerce).
  • Consulting & Transformation: Lead complex consulting projects, ensuring delivery excellence, profitability, and client satisfaction. Anticipate and mitigate risks using innovative tools and methodologies. Drive process improvement through domain expertise and technology-enabled solutions. Perform analytical tasks and propose solutions to ensure business outcomes are achieved.
  • Client Engagement & Business Development: Build and sustain strong client relationships to accelerate business growth. Contribute to pursuits, bids, and sell-on opportunities, strengthening commercial acumen. Deliver compelling presentations and lead strategic discussions with senior stakeholders. Be recognised as a thought leader, shaping market perspectives and supporting business development.
  • Innovation & Market Insight: Research industry trends and emerging technologies (AI-enabled demand planning, Kinaxis, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, o9). Assess strengths and limitations of technological solutions to foster innovation. Represent the organisation through conferences, events, and publications. Apply cross-domain technology expertise to design optimal solutions.

Qualifications

  • Advanced English proficiency (CEFR Grade C1 or equivalent).
  • Degree in Economics, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Over 5 years’ experience with strong domain expertise in Supply Chain, CPG, or Retail.
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools, planning systems, ERPs, and platforms such as Anaplan, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, o9. Warehouse Management, OTM, and inventory/dispatch systems.
  • Proven track record of delivering transformation across global supply chains and diverse trade models.
  • Industry domain experience in supply chain and CPG or Retail.

Your Security Clearance

To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks. There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required. There are other criteria and checks required for BPSS, and throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
