- What You Can Expect
- Work to agile best practices and cross‑functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders, using your technical skills to problem‑solve with clients and on internal projects.
- Live in‑person whiteboarding sessions to problem‑solve as a team, alongside asynchronous communication on Teams.
- Hybrid working with the team on client site or in our office minimum two days per week; actual time and location vary by role or assignment, including up to five days per week on a client site.

Qualifications
- You must be an established consulting professional with experience delivering projects focused on data protection and privacy laws in the private sector.
- Experience consulting with Life Sciences or Financial Service sector clients is preferred.
- You thrive in problem‑solving and analytical thinking.
- You enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proven experience with relevant data protection and privacy laws and regulations (e. g. CCPA, EU GDPR, Privacy Shield) and industry standards and frameworks such as GAPP and BCR.
- Possession of relevant qualifications such as CIPM, CIPT, CIPP/E, CISM, CISSP or HCISSP and involvement in industry‑related organisations (e. g.
IAPP, ISACA, (ISC)²) is desirable; we will support you in achieving them if you do not yet have them.
- Hands‑on experience of One Trust technical configuration and integration with other systems.
- Experience in Consent Management and/or in Pharma/Med Tech sector is preferred.
- The ability to efficiently understand client organisations and their business models and tailor relevant processes to privacy requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders (business, legal, IT, security) about data protection and privacy matters.
- An analytical mindset, focused on producing quality work in a results‑oriented environment.
