About You
You will be ready to play a key role in client engagements, lead on specific deliverables, flex your project know-how on critical workstreams, and help less experienced members of the team learn from your expertise.
The Role
The Senior Consultant role is diverse: you could run workshops, deliver projects, or manage change – and will gain experience across multiple client engagements and sectors. It is a hands-on delivery role that pulls together all the key skills you have gained so far while also developing new ones. You will also contribute to Nine Feet Tall's internal initiatives and projects.
Why Apply?
Be part of a Sunday Times award-winning team. You will have real responsibility for client delivery, contribute to complex programmes, own workstreams on smaller projects, and see the direct impact of your work. You will participate in a learning and development programme through internal training and external qualifications or accreditations.
We offer flexible working: full-time or part-time, hybrid, with a mix of remote and Bath office time and regular Company Days that foster a cohesive team culture.
Remuneration
Competitive salary, twice-yearly bonus and generous benefits package.
