Overview: We are Nine Feet Tall and growing! We are a management consultancy that specialises in delivering complex business change, combining the power of people and technology. In the past three years we have sharpened our focus around change management for complex programmes, particularly helping and guiding clients with Project and Portfolio Management and increasingly supporting major clients with their complex ERP transformations. We have created significant value in this area for our clients, across a range of industry sectors. We take the pain out of change and help the transition to new ways of working.
About You: Your career to date means that you have extensive project and programme management experience â with a proven track record of successfully leading complex programmes or multiple projects, specialising in IT systems implementation. It is essential that you have ERP system implementation experience and can apply wellâhoned project management methodologies in large or complex settings. You'll have worked across a variety of industry sectors, including significant time in the private sector, and understand the flexibility needed to support clients â this experience might be from consulting, inâhouse roles or engagements you have delivered as an independent. You'll already be comfortable developing and managing senior stakeholder relationships on projects and enjoy leading and motivating others in delivering excellence.
The role: The focus of this Manager role will be delivering client engagements â leading our largest systems implementations or transformation programmes. You will have responsibility for the full project lifecycle, team and budget. You'll undertake rapid project assessments and healthâchecks for clients, using your personal experience and judgement to make recommendations. You will play an integral role within our key accounts and be responsible for leading our delivery team, sharing your expertise to support and develop internal capability.
