Job Description
This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of two days a week in our London, Victoria office, in line with company policy. The primary objectives of the role are to drive sales behaviour change in PA through the CSU (Central Support Unit) team and the Sales Transformation programme. Each workstream within the CSU and the Transformation programme has a leader and a team. The role is to drive the effectiveness of all, reporting to the Head of the CSU and supported by a Sales Operations Lead.
Responsibilities
- Provide ad‑hoc project management, analysis and materials in support of the overall drive for improved sales, including the bid content management programme in preparation for AI bid writing tool implementation.
- Support sales activation, sales campaigns, sector marketing campaigns and account best practice across PA.
- Structure, gather and make available bite‑size training workshops and facilitators in sales subjects (e.g. bid writing, win themes, commercial models, relationship masterclasses).
- Develop and maintain the onboarding training for all new CSU recruits.
- Maintain all sales and CSU‑related SharePoint sites (Bid Manual, Sales Hub, Bidding Excellence, CSU, Bid Writing guides, Sales transformation).
- Become a super‑user of CRM, LinkedIn and other sales‑related platforms to provide best‑practice advice and guidance to the wider business.
- Support creation of Sales Board Papers, QBRs and other regular reports.
- Maintain agile ways of working, implement a strong governance process, remain driven until behaviour change and impact are achieved, integrate outputs into campaigns, provide progress reports and workshop management.
Qualifications / Key Skills and Experience
- Demonstrable experience in sales activation, account management and supporting sales campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of sales technologies such as CRM systems and LinkedIn, with ability to coach others.
- Skilled in delivering training workshops, bite‑size learning sessions and creating impactful sales communications.
- Excellent project management and analytical abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Proven capability in supporting technology change initiatives and driving best practice adoption.
- People skills – build relationships quickly and deliver impact through those relationships.
- Knowledge – act as a single point of contact for sales‑related knowledge.
- Organised – punctilious and tenacious about actions, promises, and deliverables.
- Sales‑led – growth oriented, able to spot and help develop potential opportunities.
- Self‑starter – comfortable defining own tasks when working directly with a variety of PA leaders.
- Proactive – understand the overall objective of the role and manage time and resources to deliver.
