This is an opportunity to work on the largest project in UK infrastructure. Taking ownership of high-impact delivery workstreams and using a specialist productivity methodology to shape best in class delivery.
You’ll lead key parts of complex client engagements, translating sharp analysis into practical actions that help clients make the right decisions, fast. You’ll build a reputation for delivering results that matter, and over time, developing expertise in other areas of infrastructure as well as sectors such as energy, manufacturing, healthcare and more.
On top of that, you’ll be backed by a generous package that includes up to 20% annual performance bonus, BUPA medical cover for you and your partner (with ‘medical history disregarded’), and a supportive team environment.
What You’ll DoLeading workstreams gives you the chance to sharpen your delivery skills and influence major decisions. You’ll work closely with clients, identifying performance issues and turning them into practical improvements.
Running workshops and structured sessions, you’ll help align stakeholders and drive progress. You’ll analyse data and insights, presenting clear, evidence-based recommendations to senior client teams.
Along the way, you’ll adapt industry tools and methods to solve real-world challenges, while guiding junior colleagues and ensuring high standards across the board.
What You’ll Need- At least five years’ experience in consultancy or a related field, with hands-on delivery experience on live construction sites for major capital projects.
- Evidenced capability leading workstreams that span site teams, contractors, and client leadership.
- Direct experience on transport infrastructure or major construction projects, with regular on-site presence.
- Skilled at diagnosing performance issues in delivery environments and converting analysis into practical, implementable actions.
