Job Description:
Hybrid working: in office or client site minimum 2 days per week, up to 5 days per week on a client site. Flexible working: manage time and diary to suit work/life balance. Work hybrid onsite across Argenti sites and care technology contracts (Hampshire, Kent, Kingston upon Thames, Leicestershire). Occasional travel to PA’s London office in Victoria.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct specialist CT installations, including supported living schemes, virtual support provision and children cases.
- Engage with care providers to support adoption of technology.
- Collaborate with health and care professionals to identify suitable solutions.
- Upskill colleagues and Argenti partners on CT equipment installation.
- Engage with CT equipment suppliers to test and evaluate new technology solutions.
- Support CT transformation with Transformation and Programme Delivery functions to design, deliver and evaluate CT proof of concepts.
Qualifications:
- Interest and expertise in technology and innovation, preferably care technology.
- Passion for working in Adult Social Care and supporting people to live better lives.
- Understanding of social care users and technology outcomes.
- Knowledge of health and care sector, safeguarding, personalisation, and working with vulnerable people.
- Able to work collaboratively with colleagues, partners and clients to identify innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to produce high‑quality reports.
- Willing and able to travel across Argenti sites.
- Enhanced DBS check required.
- Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Travel expenses reimbursed as per PA policy.
