Job Summary
Provide first‑class business support to up to three Consumer & Manufacturing Sector Partners, with additional general support duties across the wider Consulting and Business Support teams. Work in a friendly, approachable, and confident manner with strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- PA Support to at least three Partners (70% of role):
- Diary management and travel/accommodation support – complex diary management and international travel arrangements across multiple time zones, ensuring visa compliance.
- Inbox management – monitor emails, action items, and gate‑keeping.
- Support to client‑facing propositions – arrange meetings, promote client events, prepare documents, and follow up actions.
- Submission of partner expenses – ensure timely compliance with company policy.
- Time management – prioritise and manage workload.
- General support, system administration and ad‑hoc tasks (20% of role):
- Process purchase orders, chase client value reviews, and perform other administrative tasks.
- Provide weekly cover for part‑time Business Support team members and general cover during absences.
- General support to the wider Consultant team on an ad‑hoc basis (10% of role).
Working Arrangement
Hybrid: work from office or client site a minimum of 2 days per week. Actual time may vary by role or assignment.
Qualifications
- Secretarial experience, preferably in a large organisation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Proactive, with a commitment to quality, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Clear communicator.
- Proven planning and organisational skills with ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Self‑starter capable of prioritising and multi‑tasking.
- Calm under pressure.
- Team player with flexibility and adaptability.
