You will gain exposure to AI‑enabled delivery environments, developing your understanding of how emerging tools can support delivery activities such as reporting, planning and collaboration. You will typically spend around 85% of your time in delivery and 15% contributing to learning, capability development and supporting business activities.
What You’ll Do:

- Maintain project artefacts including plans, roadmaps, RAID logs and delivery documentation.
- Manage team collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence), ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Track delivery progress, gather metrics (e.g. burndown, velocity) and support reporting to stakeholders.
- Identify risks, issues and dependencies, escalating appropriately.
- Support backlog management, including contributing to the creation and refinement of epics and user stories.
- Help facilitate team routines and ensure they are well prepared and effective.
- Support client understanding of delivery processes, contributing to discussions and communications.
- Use AI tools (where appropriate) to assist with administrative tasks, reporting and idea generation.
- Contribute to proposals, internal knowledge sharing and team activities.
Who You Are:

- Interested in building your capability in AI‑enabled delivery environments.
How You Operate:
- You are hands‑on and actively contribute to delivery activities and team processes.

- You follow structured delivery approaches while beginning to understand when to adapt them.
- You communicate clearly, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed and aligned.
- You take ownership of your work and seek support when needed.
- You focus on supporting teams to deliver clear, tangible outcomes rather than just tasks.

- Foundational experience in agile delivery methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar collaboration platforms.

Why this role may not be the right fit:
- If you’re looking for a senior leadership or fully autonomous delivery role.
