Warehouse Administrator Location: Corby Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (rotating shifts 07:00–16:00 and 10:00–19:00) Salary: Competitive, depending on experience About the Role We’re recruiting an experienced Warehouse Administrator to join a growing logistics business based in Corby. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and prior experience in warehouse or logistics administration to play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. You will coordinate the flow of deliveries, despatches, and stock movements, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with health & safety standards. You’ll work closely with warehouse and transport teams to maintain high service levels and operational performance. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate day-to-day warehouse administration, including goods in/out, despatch, and stock control. * Maintain accuracy when recording stock movements in the Warehouse Management System (WMS). * Book and expedite transport requirements, liaising with internal teams to ensure timely delivery. * Support warehouse workflow efficiency and help minimise downtime. * Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and colleagues to resolve queries. * Uphold high standards of health and safety, ensuring all procedures and PPE requirements are followed. * Monitor and maintain stock accuracy, keeping discrepancy levels within target. * Organise and prioritise daily warehouse administrative tasks as required. What We’re Looking For * Previous experience in warehouse administration or logistics coordination is essential. * Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. * Confident user of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar software. * Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. * Ability to work independently and as part of a busy team. * Commitment to maintaining high standards of health, safety, and operational excellence
