Consult2Recruit are currently recruiting for a Van Driver / Grounds Maintenance Operative to join a busy team based in the TW18 area. This is an ongoing position offering regular weekday work and immediate starts for the right candidate.

Location: TW18

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM Starts

Job Type: Ongoing Work, Immediate Starts Available

The Role

This is a varied role that combines van driving duties with grounds maintenance and horticultural work across local sites.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving a company van between various locations.
  • Hanging and maintaining floral baskets and displays.
  • Organising and maintaining greenhouses.
  • Grass cutting and general grounds maintenance.
  • Watering, pruning, and caring for plants and flowers.
  • Keeping outdoor areas clean, tidy, and presentable.
  • Supporting the wider team with seasonal horticultural projects.

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Previous van driving experience preferred.
  • An interest in horticulture, gardening, or grounds maintenance is advantageous.
  • Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
