YOUR DEVELOPMENT MATTERS

This is an employer that puts serious investment behind its engineers. Approximately £5,000 - £6,000 per engineer, every year, is invested in professional development. That includes recognised industry training, qualifications and specialist development through trusted training providers. If you're ambitious and want to continue developing your technical career, you'll have the support and investment to do it.

Want to earn more? Optional overtime is available. The current on-call rota is 1 in 6, with:

And importantly, every call is initially screened by a dedicated 24-hour technical support team, helping to prevent unnecessary callouts.

WHY SWINDON ENGINEERS SHOULD TAKE NOTICE

For engineers covering the wider region, excessive travel can quickly become one of the biggest frustrations of the job. Long journeys, heavy traffic, and time spent travelling between sites can lead to less time at home. That's why the regionalised patch is such a key part of this opportunity. The aim is to keep engineers working as close to home as possible, reducing unnecessary travel and giving you more time back outside of work.
