A Multi-Skilled Engineer covers both mechanical and electrical maintenance across a site. They act as a generalist, carrying out PPMs, reactive works, and fault finding across a wide range of systems including lighting, pumps, HVAC equipment, and general building services.

- Strong background in either mechanical or electrical (with basic knowledge of the other)
- Minimum 5 years experience in building maintenance
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot across multiple systems
- Commercial building experience preferred
Package:
- Monday Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm
- Salary DOE
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with service)
