A Multi-Skilled Engineer covers both mechanical and electrical maintenance across a site. They act as a generalist, carrying out PPMs, reactive works, and fault finding across a wide range of systems including lighting, pumps, HVAC equipment, and general building services.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in either mechanical or electrical (with basic knowledge of the other)
  • Minimum 5 years experience in building maintenance
  • Ability to work independently and troubleshoot across multiple systems
  • Commercial building experience preferred

Package:

  • Monday Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm
  • Salary DOE
  • 20 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with service)

  • Mobile roles: Company vehicle + fuel card
  • Call-out (if applicable): 150 standby + overtime paid
