We are currently recruiting for an experienced and highly motivated HGV Workshop Technician / Mechanic to join a growing and well‑established transport business based in Weeford. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, fast‑paced workshop maintaining a modern and diverse fleet of DAF, Volvo, MAN and Renault vehicles.

The Role

  • Servicing and maintaining a fleet of approx. 90 vehicles and 30 trailers
  • Fault diagnostics on HGV vehicles
  • MOT preparation and inspections
  • Weekly and monthly vehicle checks
  • Mechanical and electrical repairs
  • Working within a time‑critical distribution environment

About You

  • Previous HGV or Heavy Plant experience
  • Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or time‑served equivalent)
  • Strong diagnostic and fault‑finding skills
  • Experience working with DAF, Volvo, MAN or Renault (preferred)
