We are currently recruiting for experienced Security Service Engineers to join a well-established and growing business covering the South East. An opportunity offering strong earning potential, technical support and long-term career development.

The Role:

This position involves servicing and maintaining a variety of security systems including intruder alarms, CCTV and access control. Engineers will be responsible for fault finding, maintenance and repairs while working to maintenance targets and ensuring a high level of customer service. The role will also include demonstrating systems to customers, explaining faults and false alarm causes where required, and ensuring client requirements are met professionally and efficiently. Successful engineers will participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota and provide telephone support when required.

Experience & Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience within the security industry carrying out service and repair work
  • Strong knowledge of intruder alarm systems including Galaxy, Castle, Aritech, Menvier and Scantronic
  • Experience with both Network/IP and analogue CCTV systems
  • Access control experience preferred
  • Strong fault-finding and maintenance capability
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Checkable work history and suitable references
  • Full UK driving licence required
