Parts Manager Salary: 33,000 35,000 per annum Job Type: Full-time About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organised Parts Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong background in parts management, stock control and supplier relationships to take responsibility for the efficient procurement, storage and distribution of parts and materials. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the timely availability of parts to support vehicle builds, refurbishments, maintenance and repair operations. Key Responsibilities * Source, order, receive and maintain stock levels of parts and materials. * Manage parts requirements for vehicle builds, refurbishments, maintenance and repairs. * Oversee shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing. * Issue parts to jobs accurately and efficiently. * Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure effective stock control. * Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, materials handling and supply chain workflows. * Track and process warranty claims and supplier returns. * Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. * Negotiate pricing and terms where appropriate and monitor supplier performance. * Maintain the parts management software, ensuring records and information are ...
