An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Parts Advisor to join a well-established team. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual with a strong customer service focus and experience in parts handling within the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and source parts for both front and back counters
  • Check off stock, accurately put items away, and maintain a tidy stock area
  • Pick orders and place them on the delivery shelves
  • Process supplier returns and customer credits
  • Handle warranty returns
  • Conduct perpetual stock checking
  • Stock receipting using DMS systems
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Excellent customer service and administrative skills
  • Friendly, proactive attitude with the ability to work under pressure
  • Some knowledge of the motor vehicle sector or automotive trade
  • Experience working to performance targets
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • Familiarity with Autoline, Kerridge, or Keyloop is beneficial
  • Willingness to work the late shift (11:00 am - 8:00 pm), potentially extending to 10:00 pm in the future

Hours of Work:

  • Monday to Friday: Rotating shifts of 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, and 11:00 am - 8:00 pm (potentially moving to 10:00 pm in the future)
  • Saturday mornings on a rota basis
  • 45 hours per week (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
