Consult2Recruit are looking for an experienced Van Driver / Warehouse Operative to join our client's busy operation in Avonmouth, working with HGV mechanical parts. This is a blended warehouse and van role, with approximately 70% of your day spent in the warehouse and 30% carrying out van deliveries.
The Role
- Warehouse duties (approximately 70%):
- Loading and unloading HGV mechanical parts
- Picking and packing orders
- Preparing goods for delivery
- Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organisation
- General warehouse duties as required
- Van driving duties (approximately 30%):
- Multi-drop deliveries to businesses
- Deliveries to dealerships, garages and wholesalers
- Ensuring parts are delivered safely and on time
- Loading and unloading the van
Important Requirements
- Must be aged 21 or over
- Valid driving licence with no more than 3 points
- Previous van driving experience required
- Comfortable working in a role that combines warehouse work and driving
- Must be able to lift up to 30KG in one go
- Physically fit and prepared for an element of manual lifting
- Reliable and punctual
- Lifting equipment is provided where required, but there is still an element of manual lifting involved, so you must be comfortable with this.

- Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 17:30
- Saturday: 08:00 - 13:00 may be required, not yet confirmed
