We are currently recruiting on behalf of a highly established and reputable commercial vehicle business for an experienced Mobile Trailer Technician to cover the East Midlands area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable company with long-term work, strong earning potential, and a supportive engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Mobile repair and maintenance of trailers at customer sites
- Carrying out inspections, servicing, and minor repairs
- Ensuring all work is completed to DVSA and company standards
- Working independently while representing a professional brand
Pay & Hours
- £18 per hour, depending on experience
- Door-to-door pay (paid from leaving home to return)
- Overtime paid at time & 1/2
- Day shifts only
- Start times between 6:00am - 7:00am
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Trailer Technician / Trailer Mechanic
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge of trailers
- Ability to work independently in a mobile role
- Full UK driving licence
- Welding experience desirable but not essential
