A Mechanical Engineer is responsible for maintaining and repairing building systems such as heating, pipework, pumps, and plant equipment. The role is mainly maintenance-focused, covering planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and fault finding, with occasional minor installation work like pipe replacements. Work is carried out across commercial and high-end residential buildings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in mechanical/plumbing maintenance
- NVQ Level 2 (essential), Level 3 desirable
- Strong commercial maintenance background
- Knowledge of pumps, pipework, and heating systems
- CSCS card preferred
Package:
- Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
- Salary DOE
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays (rising to 25 days)

- Call-out (mobile): £150 standby + minimum 4 hours paid per call
