Mobile HGV / Trailer Technician Location: Bristol & Newport Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 DOE Hours: 8am – 6pm + Call-Outs | Overtime After 40 Hours (Time & ½) We are looking for an experienced Mobile HGV / Trailer Technician to join our team, supporting customers across Bristol and Newport. This role is ideal for a skilled technician who enjoys working independently, solving problems on the road, and delivering high-quality service. Key Responsibilities * Diagnose, service, and repair HGVs, trailers, and associated equipment * Carry out roadside breakdowns and call-outs * Complete inspections, maintenance, and safety checks * Accurately record all work completed * Provide excellent customer service while working independently Requirements * Proven experience as an HGV Technician or Trailer Technician * Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills * HGV Class 1 or 2 licence beneficial but not essential * Ability to work on your own initiative * Flexibility to participate in call-out rota Benefits * Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 depending on experience * 8am to 6pm working hours * Overtime paid at Time & ½ after 40 hours * Call-out payments * Company van, tools, and uniform provided * Ongoing training and development If you are a dedicated technician looking for a role with varied work and great earning potential, please apply
