Are you a skilled Vehicle Mechanic looking for your next opportunity? We are recruiting for an experienced, qualified mechanic to join a busy and professional workshop in Adlington, working on cars and light commercial vehicles.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Carrying out servicing and repairs to the highest standards, including brakes, clutches, gearboxes, engines, and electrics.
- Diagnosing faults using the latest diagnostic tools and manufacturer equipment.
- Performing MOT inspections, roller brake testing, and general vehicle fault repair.
- Occasionally working on HGVs and small plant machinery.
- Maintaining your work area, tools, and equipment in a clean and safe condition.
- Delivering excellent customer service and representing a professional image at all times.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified to NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent, or time-served with extensive experience.
- Excellent diagnostic skills and confident use of laptop-based diagnostic tools.
- Own tools and a flexible, "can-do" attitude.
- Self‐motivated, organised, results‐driven, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
