The Opportunity
Our client, a growing Fire & Security provider operating across East Anglia, is seeking an experienced Security Systems Engineer to join their team.
The Role
You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, fault‑finding, repairing, installing and commissioning a range of Access Control, Intruder Alarm and CCTV systems across residential and commercial sites. The role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently while managing both planned and reactive maintenance tasks. You will also participate in a paid on‑call rota and receive ongoing training and support across wider Fire & Security systems.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working with Access Control, Intruder Alarm and CCTV systems.
- Proven fault‑finding experience and ability to work independently.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Strong communication, organisation and customer service skills.
- Experience with systems such as Paxton, Entrotec, Fermax, Galaxy, Texecom, Ajax, Hikvision, Uniview, Concept Pro and CSL/DualCom would be advantageous.
- Fire alarm experience, FIA qualifications and ECS/CSCS cards are desirable.
