The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Fire Systems Engineer to join a highly skilled team, carrying out installation, servicing, maintenance and fault finding on a variety of fire alarm systems across customer sites throughout the UK. The successful candidate will work on a range of industry-leading fire systems while delivering a high standard of customer service and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, servicing and maintenance of fire alarm systems.
- Fault finding, diagnosis and repair of fire systems.
- Commissioning where experience allows.
- Identifying opportunities to provide additional services to existing customers.
- Participating in a 1-in-6 on-call rota.
- Delivering excellent customer service while working independently and as part of a team.
Experience Required
- Minimum of four years' experience within the Fire & Security industry.
- Strong installation and service experience on fire alarm systems.
- Experience working with systems such as Notifier, Gent, Advanced, C-Tec, Kentec, Ziton or similar.
- Additional experience with CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, automatic doors, barriers or extinguishers would be advantageous.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities.
- Ability to manage workloads independently.
- Full UK driving licence.
Package
£45,000 - £55,000 basic salary (DOE). Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm. Company vehicle, mobile phone and uniform. 25 days annual leave plus
