This is a permanent opportunity offering strong earning potential, structured shift patterns, and long-term stability within a professional environment. This role is ideal for skilled technicians with strong main dealer experience who are looking to work within a technically advanced setting, with access to ongoing manufacturer-led training, development pathways, and excellent earning potential including bonus incentives. The role: * Service, maintenance, and repair of HGV / commercial vehicles * Advanced diagnostics and fault-finding using modern systems * Working to main dealer standards in a structured workshop environment * Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard Essential requirements * Minimum 2 years’ main dealer experience (HGV, Bus or Coach) * Level 2 City & Guilds or NVQ in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance * Current IRTEC accreditation About you: * Experienced and confident commercial vehicle technician * Strong diagnostic ability with a quality-first approach * Reliable, motivated, and comfortable working to main dealer standards * Looking for a long-term permanent opportunity with progression potential If you are interested, please apply today
