Our client is a leading organisation within the specialist commercial vehicle sector and is looking to recruit an experienced HR Manager to join their growing team in Cam, Dursley. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take ownership of the people function, providing both strategic and operational HR support across the business. You will play a key role in shaping HR initiatives, supporting managers, driving recruitment, and ensuring best practice across all areas of human resources. This position would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment across manufacturing, workshop and office-based teams and is confident operating autonomously while building strong relationships across the business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
- Support payroll processes and wider people operations.
- Develop, review and improve HR policies, systems and procedures.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary processes and performance management.
- Foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing workplace culture.
