Salary: Up to £20 per hour plus company van

About the Role
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Trailer Technician to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician who is confident working independently and managing their own workload. This is a workshop-based role offering stability, consistent hours, and the opportunity to work autonomously with responsibility for your own jobs.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out trailer servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and braking system faults
- Complete MOT preparation work and carry out any required rectification repairs
- Inspect trailers and identify faults, defects, and required repairs
- Maintain and repair components including brakes, suspension, lighting systems, and running gear
- Complete jobs independently from start to finish
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within required timescales
- Maintain accurate records of work carried out
- Follow all health and safety procedures within the workshop environment
