Consult2Recruit are currently recruiting for a Van Driver / Grounds Maintenance Operative to join a busy team based in the TW18 area. This is an ongoing position offering regular weekday work and immediate starts for the right candidate.
Location: TW18
Pay Rate: 12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM Starts

The Role
This is a varied role that combines van driving duties with grounds maintenance and horticultural work across local sites. Key responsibilities include:
- Driving a company van between various locations.
- Hanging and maintaining floral baskets and displays.
- Organising and maintaining greenhouses.
- Grass cutting and general grounds maintenance.
- Watering, pruning, and caring for plants and flowers.
- Keeping outdoor areas clean, tidy, and presentable.
- Supporting the wider team with seasonal horticultural projects.
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Previous van driving experience preferred.
- An interest in horticulture, gardening, or grounds maintenance is advantageous.
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
