We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Class 1 Tipper Driver based in Wincanton. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced HGV drivers looking for steady weekday work, full training, and consistent routes across the South West.
The Role:
- Operating Class 1 vehicles with tipper trailers
- Start times between 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM
- Average 9.5-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
- Overtime available at time and a half
- Collection and Delivery across the South West region
- Local and regional runs - no nights out
Training & Certification:
- Full weeks training provided
- MPQC Tipper Qualification included - no prior tipper experience required
Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
- Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- A good attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn tipper operations
