YOUR DEVELOPMENT MATTERS
This is an employer that puts serious investment behind its engineers. Approximately £5,000 - £6,000 per engineer, every year, is invested in professional development. That includes recognised industry training, qualifications and specialist development through trusted training providers. ON-CALL & OVERTIME
Want to earn more? Optional overtime is available. The current on-call rota is 1 in 6, with:
- £180 on-call retainer
- Time and a half for callouts
- Door-to-door travel time paid
And importantly, every call is initially screened by a dedicated 24-hour technical support team, helping to prevent unnecessary callouts.
