The Role
- Developing new business opportunities and securing new clients

- Taking detailed vacancy briefs and providing consultative recruitment solutions
- Sourcing, interviewing, and qualifying engineering professionals
- Managing the recruitment process from initial vacancy through to placement
- Negotiating fees, terms of business, and offers
