This company is evolving a digital learning platform providing blended online training and qualifications for individuals in the yachting and hospitality industry.
They have become leaders in their market.
With hundreds of courses now available, the company has been growing steadily since 2018 to 45 people and is now set for good growth with a lot of projects in the pipeline and a new platform launch in 2027.
There are also other areas to the business to the LMS platform team so they are now bringing everything under one roof.
They have a detailed plan and brief so are very much looking for someone who can build, implement and train Lead people in it’s use.
They have decisions on the routes a long the way so are also keen for experienced strategic input.
Essentially they are looking for:
- Someone who has as implemented Zoho One or Zoho CRM end to end for organisations of comparable complexity — not administered an existing one.
- Deep CRM customisation: custom modules, layouts and layout rules, validation, roles, profiles, data-sharing rules, multiple pipelines.
- Data migration at scale — tens of thousands of records, from several messy sources, with de-duplication and field mapping.
- Zoho Flow and Deluge to a working standard.
- Zoho Analytics — building dashboards from multiple Zoho sources, and from outside data.
They are bright, positive, friendly, growing, entrepreneurial team culture. Although they work remotely together across England and Europe, they work in a close-knit team and genuinely support each other - and love their work. Support is constant, you’ll never feel isolated.
