Role Description
The Vice President of Channel Operations at SAFE LOSS ADJUSTER is a part-time, on-site role based in Greater London. This position is responsible for overseeing channel strategy, managing relationships with key channel partners, and driving revenue through indirect sales channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting channel performance goals, monitoring sales metrics, coordinating joint marketing initiatives, and aligning channel activities with overall business objectives. The role also involves collaborating with internal sales and marketing teams, negotiating partnership terms, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring consistent communication and support for channel partners.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Channel Sales and Sales, with a track record of achieving growth targets through indirect channels.
- Experience managing and expanding Channel Partners, including onboarding, performance management, and long-term relationship development.
- Proven ability to build and maintain Strategic Partnerships that support business objectives and market expansion.
- Knowledge of Marketing practices that align with channel programs, including co-branded campaigns and demand-generation activities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Background in insurance, loss adjusting, or related sectors is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Greater London and manage multiple priorities within a part-time schedule.
