We're proudly supporting a global leader in dental technology, with over 100 years of heritage and a reputation built on genuine innovation, in their search for a Territory Sales Manager to take ownership of the Midlands territory. This is a role for someone who wants to be trusted to get on with it. You'll have an established network to work with, a premium product portfolio behind you and the autonomy to build relationships the right way. The focus here is on credibility, consistency and genuine partnership with oral health professionals.
The Role
Fully field based across the Midlands, this is a broad commercial role where you'll take full ownership of how you manage your time, customers and territory. You'll be working closely with dealer partners and selling directly into dental practices, healthcare centres and universities, with a particular emphasis on Digital Solutions and imaging technology.
Responsibilities
- Managing and growing an established Midlands territory
- Executing a clear commercial strategy to hit and exceed sales targets
- Co-travelling with dealer partner reps to coach and upskill them on the product range
- Running product demonstrations and digital workflow training for oral health professionals
- Supporting field installations of hardware and software
- Building long term relationships with dealer partners, KOLs and academic institutions
- Monitoring competitor activity and feeding market intelligence back to the business
- Representing the company at trade shows, roundtables and industry events
Requirements
- Multiple years of B2B field sales experience - dental industry background is a strong advantage
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- Strong relationship building skills with a genuine customer first approach
- Self motivated and comfortable managing a large territory independently
- Willingness to travel across the Midlands, including occasional overnights and weekend events
- Full UK driving licence required
The Package
£50,000-£60,000 Base Salary - Dependent on Experience
20-25% Bonus
