Practice Manager, Treatment Coordinator or experienced Dental Nurse looking for your next step?

We’re recruiting a Territory Manager position with a global dental manufacturer – a fantastic opportunity for someone ambitious and commercially minded who’s ready to break into sales.

You’ll be working with premium products across implants, restorative solutions and digital technology (including intraoral scanners). It’s a role that keeps you close to dentistry but gives you the chance to develop new skills, grow commercially and build a real career in the industry.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Visiting practices across South London every day, meeting dentists and practice teams.
  • Growing sales across implants, restorative solutions and digital equipment.
  • Building strong relationships with existing customers while opening doors to new ones.
  • Presenting products and solutions confidently to clinicians and practice managers.
  • Managing your own diary and territory strategically, with support from an established sales and marketing team.
  • Attending industry trade shows, exhibitions and events to network and represent the brand.

What we’re looking for:

  • Background in dentistry – whether as a Practice Manager, TCO, Senior Nurse or similar – with the ambition to move into sales.
  • Hungry, motivated, and commercially aware – you’ll be the type that spots opportunities and isn’t afraid to chase them.
  • Strong communicator, able to build trust and credibility with clinicians.
  • Organised and results-driven, with a full driving licence.
  • Based in South London (CR, KT, SE, SM, SW, TW).

Why this role?

This is the ideal platform for someone who knows how practices run and wants to take that knowledge into a commercial setting. You’ll get full training, great support and the opportunity to build a career in sales with a market-leading business. If you’ve got that hunger, that desire to progress into the commercial side of dentistry and you\’ve always wondered what life “on the road” in dental sales could look like – this is the role that will get you started.
