A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Dental Nurse, Hygienist or Practice Manager to join a reputable manufacturer of Oral Healthcare products in a dynamic education and relationship-focused role.
In this position, you’ll be at the forefront of building strong, lasting relationships with dental practices across your territory. Drawing on your clinical and dental practice expertise, you’ll provide valuable product education, offer guidance and serve as the first point of contact for any queries.
As a true ambassador for the brand, you will represent the company at industry exhibitions and engage with dental professionals through both virtual and face-to-face meetings. This role provides the chance to make a significant impact in the industry while supporting practices with the highest standards of oral healthcare solutions.
The Role:
As the Territory Account Manager, you will be the face of the brand across Central and West London, as well as the GU and RG postcodes. Your mission will be to nurture relationships with dental practices, providing product education, samples and merchandising support, while identifying new growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dental practices, becoming a trusted partner and advisor.
- Deliver engaging product presentations and educational support to practice staff.
- Place merchandising and point-of-sale materials in practices to enhance brand visibility.
- Promote and support a schools-based oral health education programme, introducing follow-on support to dental care professionals.
- Identify and develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the London dental community to advocate for the brand.
- Maintain accurate records on the internal CRM system, providing regular reports on activity and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Dental Sales Manager and marketing team to align on strategies and execute campaigns effectively.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to promote the brand and network with dental professionals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in relationship management within the dental sector.
- A self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Confident in delivering presentations and product training to small groups.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Resilient, tenacious, and results-driven with a positive, can-do attitude.
- IT proficient, with experience using CRM systems to log and track activities.
- Willingness to travel within the territory and attend events as required.
