Consult are working exclusively with a well-established dental devices manufacturer to appoint a Territory Manager for London. Our client designs and produces a highly regarded range of dental implants, prosthetic components and surgical instruments, and operates across multiple international markets. With a strong focus on clinical outcomes and ongoing product development, this is a business with genuine momentum and a growing presence in the UK.

What You'll Do
- Generate new business and grow revenue across an existing base of dental practices, dental schools and hospital-based dental departments in London
- Build trusted, consultative relationships with implantologists, oral surgeons and wider dental teams
- Deliver confident technical presentations and product demonstrations to clinical staff at all levels
- Attend national trade shows and company events as required
- Manage territory planning and sales activity through CRM, providing regular pipeline and progress reports to the GM
- Execute sales strategies aligned to company targets and growth objectives
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' field sales experience within the dental or dental devices sector - implants, prosthetics or surgical instruments experience is strongly preferred
- A proven, consistent track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Solid understanding of the dental practice landscape and the buying behaviours of clinical and practice management teams
- Strong presentation and communication skills - written and verbal
- Highly organised, self-motivated and able to manage a territory independently with minimal oversight
- Comfortable with domestic travel and occasional overnight stays
- Degree-educated, ideally in Business, Marketing, Science or a related discipline
