This role ensures that services are scalable, secure, and deliverable within agreed SLAs, while integrating seamlessly with existing processes and technologies. Key Responsibilities Service Design: Develop service architectures that cover infrastructure, applications, and operational processes. Requirements Analysis: Work with stakeholders to capture functional and non-functional requirements for new or modified services. Integration: Ensure new services integrate effectively with existing ITSM processes (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management). Documentation: Produce service design packages, including service models, operational procedures, and support documentation. Governance: Define service standards and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. Transition Support: Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth transition from design to live operation.
