Business Manager | Helping Dental Companies Hire Better, Faster

Location: Fully Remote (Home Based)

We’re supporting a global dental brand to hire a Senior Inside Sales Specialist within their orthodontics division – a role that’s all about driving growth, building relationships and helping clinicians succeed.

This is an exciting chance to step into a senior inside sales position with real responsibility. You’ll be at the heart of a fast‑growing business area, generating new business, reactivating dormant accounts and working closely with Territory Managers and marketing to make sure opportunities are converted into real results.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing leads from first contact through to conversion – warming up marketing leads, generating sales‑qualified opportunities and passing them on to Territory Managers when needed.
  • Reactivating dormant or inactive accounts and turning them back into active users.
  • Supporting small and remote customers directly, acting as their main contact.
  • Running remote sales presentations and following up on campaigns, events and marketing activity.
  • Driving digital product sales and spotting opportunities for upselling.
  • Using CRM and dashboards to track performance, pipeline and progress.
  • Meeting weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing directly to the growth of the business within the UK.

What we’re looking for:

  • A proactive, sales‑driven personality with a hunter mentality.
  • At least 2 years’ inside sales or account management experience, ideally within healthcare, dental, medical devices, pharma, or a similar setting.
  • Strong communication skills – confident on the phone, video, e‑mail and social media.
  • Organised and able to manage a high volume of activity across calls, emails and follow‑ups.
  • Someone ambitious, motivated and looking to make an impact quickly.
