An established and growing HealthTech company is looking to hire a Territory Sales Manager to develop and grow customer accounts across Scotland and Northern Ireland. This is a field-based sales role focused on relationship management, business development, and driving growth across a portfolio of equipment, consumables, and innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an existing customer base across Scotland and Northern Ireland
- Develop new business opportunities with prospective customers
- Promote equipment, consumables, and digital workflow solutions
- Introduce new products and technologies to customers
- Identify and pass digital equipment opportunities to specialist teams where required
- Work toward agreed sales targets and KPIs
- Create and execute structured call plans across the territory
- Visit customers daily throughout Scotland and Northern Ireland
- Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and educational events
- Attend relevant trade shows and industry events
- Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting
Customer Support & Collaboration
- Deliver a high level of customer service and relationship management
- Work collaboratively with internal customer service and support teams
- Represent the business professionally at all times
- Support wider commercial initiatives across the business
What We're Looking For
- Previous field sales or territory management experience
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based role
- Organised and commercially driven
- Experience within dental, medical, healthcare, technical, or B2B sales environments is advantageous
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
