Consult are exclusively partnering with a globally recognised leader in digital dentistry and orthodontic innovation to support the hire of a Field Clinical Specialist across the South West. This is a fantastic opportunity for a clinically qualified Dentist or Orthodontist looking to transition into a field based, education led role, working at the forefront of digital workflows, aligner therapy, and clinical innovation.
The Role
As a Field Clinical Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving clinical confidence and adoption across both General Dental and Specialist Orthodontic channels. This is not a sales role in the traditional sense. It is about clinical credibility, education, and influence, supporting customers to maximise outcomes through best in class protocols and digital solutions.
You will:
- Deliver high quality clinical education and support within dental practices, DSOs and universities
- Act as a trusted clinical partner to both orthodontists and GDPs
- Support the adoption of digital workflows, treatment planning and clinical protocols
- Facilitate peer to peer learning, including roundtables and case discussions
- Provide clinical insight to commercial and marketing teams to support wider business strategy
- Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and academic institutions
- Work closely with the sales team to drive account growth and engagement
This is a field based position (c.70% travel) across the region.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Dentist or Orthodontist (essential)
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Ideally 1 to 3 years’ experience in a clinical or customer facing dental environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to deliver education in both one to one and group settings
- Commercial awareness with the ability to influence clinical decision making
- Organised, proactive and able to manage your own territory effectively
- Comfortable working cross functionally in a fast paced, growth environment
