This is a strategic field-based role with responsibility for building long-term customer partnerships and unlocking sales growth across a defined region. Reporting into a Regional Sales Manager, your focus will include:

  • Developing and executing account plans that drive sales across implants, IOS (intraoral scanning), and restorative components.
  • Providing clinical and commercial support to help customers integrate cutting-edge technology into their workflows.
  • Maintaining accurate records via CRM tools, analysing territory performance, and proactively identifying growth potential.
  • Representing the brand at trade shows, events and key customer meetings.

We’re looking for someone who thrives on building relationships and creating value:

  • Experience in medical devices, diagnostics, capital equipment, surgical sales, optical, audiology, and pharmaceutical encouraged to apply.
  • Ideally 3+ years in a field-based commercial role.
  • Commercially savvy, data-driven and results-focused.
  • Based within territory, with a full UK driving license.
